How to NOT Get Results

If I wanted to work hard in the gym and NOT get sustainable results, here's exactly what I'd do.

> Make my goal "burning calories" instead of building muscle.

> Take short rest periods and do more circuits.

> Lift lighter and do more reps to "get a pump."

> Have no plan... just switch it up every day to "confuse" my muscles (rookie mistake).

> Go all-or-nothing with my diet. (Good luck sustaining that and learning about fat hyperplasia)

> Avoid family meals and restaurants in the name of eating clean. (yay for misery)
Stay up late scrolling my phone and worrying about AI, Iran, Epstein, and things out of my control * without handing what I can.

Ignore my bloodwork, but waste money on test boosters.

Keep repeating the same workouts I did a decade ago.

Tell myself, "I know what to do, I just need to do it."

Sound familiar?

The fix is simpler than you think.

Train for strength and muscle, not "calories."

Rest longer to generate more force.

Lift heavy and get strong AF on compound movements.

Train close to failure.

Follow a structured plan.

Make fitness improve your life, not consume it.

Control what you can, cope with what you can’t, and have the discipline to execute despite the noise.

The biggest one? If you “know what to do but just have to do it” you don’t know what to do.

Get help.

Or stay stuck.

The decision is pretty simple and the mirror tells the story.

If you're ready to stop spinning your wheels...
