Hey Reader, I started Bach Performance as a blog when I was 23. I'd already been coaching for 4 years -- youth athletes, college athletes, anyone who would listen. I wrote about what I was seeing: busy men who wanted to get in real shape despite careers, families, and the fact that they weren't 22 anymore. I felt like an imposter. Who was I, at 23, coaching executives twice my age? But I kept going. Because the results spoke for themselves. 17 years later, I've coached 3,000+ people. NFL players. Executives. Former athletes who just want to feel like athletes again. What I know now that I didn't at 23: the physical transformation is always the smaller half of the story. The bigger half is watching someone become the version of themselves they knew they were capable of. That's why I'm still doing this at 37.
