Improve Your Health, Boost Your Wealth.

Fitness is a force multiplier: When you get strong, jacked, and athletic, your confidence will skyrocket.

I've had guys transform their careers, get promotions, and find new relationships in part because they transformed their health.

I started noticing this trend in my old life.

I started training because I wanted to get better at sports.

But growing up, I was a pipsqueak. I was 5’3” and 103 pounds when I was 14.

Girls thought I was cute–like, younger brother cute.

On the football field, I provided less resistance than a blade of grass.

I hated feeling insecure in my body and lacking confidence.

So, I committed to the gym. Naturally, my body started to catch up.

When it did, I also had a couple of years of solid training.

I went from being overlooked in sports to setting records in track and getting looks in football.

I went from the “friend zone” to being voted “most likely to appear on The Bachelor, lol…ironic considering I met my wife 6 months later in college.

The thing is…committing to the gym helped me transform my mindset.

It helped me develop confidence, discipline, and grit.

It helped me pursue a relationship with my wife when I never would have had the balls to approach a girl that good-looking.

It helped me pursue opportunities at work that led me to work under the Strength Coach of the Denver Nuggets, and Denver Broncos, and train athletes in the NBA, NHL, NFL, and dozens of D1 athletes.

It gave me the resilience to overcome losing 100k to fraud and build a BETTER business.

It’s a bit corny to say…but the skills I learned in the gym helped me build the business and life I always wanted.

Now, I can’t promise you any of that.

What I can promise is that improving your health and your body can have a profound impact on every other area of your life.

Whenever it’s tough to have that next meal or get to that next workout, remember…

Fitness is more than what meets the mirror. It’s about setting a personal standard, making promises to yourself, and keeping them.

When you do that, anything is possible.

Cheers,
Eric

I was flying to Nashville yesterday and struck up a chat with the guy sitting next to me. After telling him what I do, he said… “The only way I can lose weight is if I start running and cut carbs… I know it’s not ideal, but it’s what worked before.” I hear this all the time. But let me ask you this: If that diet really worked… why do you keep going back to it? Because here’s the truth: If a diet truly works, it’s sustainable. It helps you lose weight and maintain it. Most people do this...

Hey Reader, Have you heard of nutritional periodization? If not, read to the end of this email.First, the elephant in the room. High fat diets are overrated. You don’t need more than 20-25% of your daily calories from fat. That’s enough to support hormones and absorb fat-soluble vitamins — even less so if you’re on hormone replacement therapy (HRT), where your hormonal baseline is already supported. But here’s the kicker… More fat doesn’t = more performance. In fact, going high-fat usually...
