✅ In 1988, the average 55-year-old man had higher testosterone than a 26-year-old man does today.

✅ Since the 1980s, men’s testosterone and sperm counts have dropped 30% and 40-60%, respectively.

✅ 1 in 5 men UNDER 30 meet clinical criteria for low testosterone.

And it’s not just about looking soft or feeling tired. Low testosterone is deeply tied to:

  • Depression and mood swings
  • Substance abuse
  • Relationship breakdowns
  • Career stagnation
  • Suicidal ideation (Men with low T are more likely to suffer in silence—and male suicide rates are 3.5x higher than women)

This is the real cost of low testosterone. It’s not cosmetic, it’s existential.
