Had a call with a sales executive yesterday. Travels constantly. Business dinners, client entertaining, the works. He's working with a well-known coach in the space. Someone I know personally (and frankly, respect!) But here's the issue he's running into: That coach is so black and white with his approach. See, this guy needs to be able to have drinks when he's entertaining clients and closing deals. Sales is about building relationships, trust, and connection. He needs to be in a position where he's collaborating, connecting, improving those relationships. That's his job. It's cool when people are all or nothing. But fitness needs to improve your life, not consume it. You're not getting on a bodybuilding stage. You can still have alcohol. You can still enjoy the food. You can still close the deal over dinner at a steakhouse and wake up Monday on track. Want to see how we get it done? Want a peek at the protocol this new client is about to follow? Here's exactly how my executive clients transform their body without giving up alcohol: https://youtu.be/KFwgUAtq5NI?si=oEEfqwCY9lg0G5HR — Eric |

So I opened our Bach Performance coaching all to test ou a new feature: Got the best option for my macros in 11 seconds. That's the new Restaurant Menu Scanner. Live now for coaching...
90 days. That's what you've got before Labor Day, football season, and back-to-school night. 90 days is enough time to change your body. Not "feel better." Not "drop a few." Actually different. The kind of different that gets noticed at the cookout. The kind your wife mentions to her sister. 90 days is also enough time to do absolutely nothing. To keep telling yourself you'll start "after the trip." Or "once the kids are in school." Or "when work calms down." Work isn't going to calm down....
