LGN: Make Progess While Traveling

I’m down here for a quick getaway — sun, training, and a little recharge before things ramp up again with meetings next week.
​
But let’s be honest… travel is where most people fall off track.
​
Workouts get skipped. Nutrition goes out the window. And by the time you're home, you're bloated, drained, and frustrated.

That’s why I plan ahead.

Right now the family and I are staying at a Wellness resort–it’s got a solid gym and a full kitchen. We Instacarted a few groceries so we can cook some simple meals during the day, and still enjoy great ice cream with our daughter and dinners out at night.

This isn’t about being perfect.
​
It’s about having a system — so you can stay dialed in and enjoy yourself.
