No equipment, no excuses.

2. Use Intermittent Fasting
When I travel, I eat out more — especially at night.
So I push my first meal later in the day to create a calorie buffer.

3. Overreach Before You Leave
I train harder the few days before I leave.
Why? To earn rest days without guilt and lower the pressure to stay perfect on the road.

New Study: Double Your Protein = Burn More Fat

A new study titled, Short-term effects of high-protein, lower-carbohydrate ultra-processed foods on human energy balance found that doubling protein intake led to:

  • 128 more calories burned (from the thermic effect of food)
  • 196 fewer calories consumed (from reduced appetite)

Translation:

Eat more protein = burn more fat without trying harder.

And no, we’re not talking about eating 300g of dry chicken breast.

But if you’re not eating at least 0.8–1g of protein per pound of bodyweight, you’re leaving muscle and fat loss results on the table.
