Look Great Naked Newsletter: How to Stay Ripped This Summer (Without Skipping Cake or Bourbon)


Summer is one of the hardest times for most people to get in shape.

With cookouts, holidays, and kids at home, having a regular routine can feel almost impossible. Here's something I’ve found to be incredibly helpful...

ADE: Automate. Delegate. Eliminate.

Automate as many meal decisions as possible early in the day. The less you have to think about being healthy, the easier it becomes to stay on track.

Delegate the thinking. Work with an expert to build the plan and handle the adjustments. You keep more headspace for the things that matter most.

Eliminate trouble foods and situations that lead you to slip up. Out of sight, out of mind works when your goals matter.

If you do this, you can stay lean, strong, and still enjoy the experiences that make life worth living.

For example, over a ten-day stretch I’ve got the 4th of July, my daughter’s birthday and party, and my wedding anniversary.

I’m not going to eat chicken, rice, and broccoli through all that. I’m going to enjoy BBQ, cake, alcohol, and steak. And the truth is, I fit those things in on a regular basis already—with this protocol.

You can too.

But it only works if you apply the ADE strategy and get dialed in the rest of the time.
