It's not your effort. It's your alignment.

Hey Reader

Here's a framework that will change how you think about fitness after 30: Synergy.

Your results don't come from how you eat, how you train, or how you live in isolation. Synergy is how well your training, nutrition, and lifestyle complement each other.

Think about a championship team.

You need three things to win a ring. Good coaching. Good players. The right scheme for the players you have.

Best coach in the league with a roster that can't run his system? Doesn't matter. He goes 8-9.

Best roster on paper with a scheme that doesn't fit them? Doesn't matter. They look great in August and miss the playoffs in January.

Three pieces. They have to line up.

LOKING GREAT NAKED works the same way.

Most guys train well. OR eat well. OR have a dialed-in lifestyle. Rarely all three. And almost never lined up.

There's nothing wrong with low-carb. Or intermittent fasting. Or high-volume training.

But low-carb over time increases cortisol, drops thyroid function, and tanks testosterone.

Fasting is a tool. Used too aggressively or too long, it becomes more of the same.

High-volume training works. If you can actually recover from it and have enough carbs to recover.

Now stack them. Low carb. Aggressive fasting. High-volume training. Career stress. Family. Aging hormones.

Suddenly the strategies are working against each other instead of with each other.

This is why guys say "what used to work isn't working anymore." Or "I know what to do, I just need to do it better."

No. You're out of alignment.

You don't need to work harder.

You need a synergistic system where your training, nutrition, and lifestyle align with your physiology and the realities of your life at this age.

That's what we build with coaching clients. The full system, personalized to your data, run with someone watching the variables you can't see from the inside and adapting around your life so you don’t have to worry about it.

We collapse time and accelerate your results.

If you value your time and you’re done wasting it trying to piecemeal together a championship-level body… head here now: https://apps.bachperformance.com/getrippedrow

Hey ReaderLast week I was at one of my favorite restaurants, Post House. Black Walnut Manhattan in front of me. Bread basket between my wife and I. Menu in my hand. Old me would've spiraled. Track? Don't track? Just guess and feel guilty Monday? At 25 I could get away with it.At 35 it takes longer to bounce back. So I opened our Bach Performance coaching all to test ou a new feature: Got the best option for my macros in 11 seconds. That's the new Restaurant Menu Scanner. Live now for coaching...

90 days. That's what you've got before Labor Day, football season, and back-to-school night. 90 days is enough time to change your body. Not "feel better." Not "drop a few." Actually different. The kind of different that gets noticed at the cookout. The kind your wife mentions to her sister. 90 days is also enough time to do absolutely nothing. To keep telling yourself you'll start "after the trip." Or "once the kids are in school." Or "when work calms down." Work isn't going to calm down....
