Hey Reader Everything locked down tight. Aggressive deficit. Perfect tracking. Discipline at a level that actually felt impressive from the outside. Zoey, three years old at the time, walked up to me holding a cookie. "Daddy, eat it with me." I said no. She shrugged. Walked away. I felt like a shitty dad and reminded myself of the point…fitness should improve our lives. Not consume it. I went on the trip. Nailed the shoot. Came home and decided I was done building a system that made me choose between my goals and the moments that actually matter, especially as a parent. What I built instead is the 4:2:1. Four moderate days. Two aggressive days. One day where you live your life. It's the framework I use myself. It's the framework my coaching clients use especially when they have families, business dinners, or hell…just enjoy good food. It's how parents with real careers, real families, and zero patience for "diet culture" are getting lean and staying lean without saying no to their kid when they show up with a cookie. I'm walking through the entire system live next Thursday for free. Wednesday May 20th, 5 PM EST. — Eric Bach P.S. Live attendees get a shot at winning 6 weeks of Metabolic Reboot ($750 value), plus $500 off coaching if you book a strategy call within 72 hours. Both bonuses are gone after Thursday. |

Don't track? Just guess and feel guilty Monday? At 25 I could get away with it.At 35 it takes longer to bounce back. So I opened our Bach Performance coaching all to test ou a new feature: Got the best option for my macros in 11 seconds. That's the new Restaurant Menu Scanner. Live now for coaching...
90 days. That's what you've got before Labor Day, football season, and back-to-school night. 90 days is enough time to change your body. Not "feel better." Not "drop a few." Actually different. The kind of different that gets noticed at the cookout. The kind your wife mentions to her sister. 90 days is also enough time to do absolutely nothing. To keep telling yourself you'll start "after the trip." Or "once the kids are in school." Or "when work calms down." Work isn't going to calm down....
